家校要合力从制度到行动,从领导到班主任,从宣传到落实,全方位、多层次地筑起"校园欺凌防范网",减少校园欺凌现象的发生,为青少年的健康成长打造良好育人环境。预防校园欺凌的主要措施是:加强领导建章立制,预防为主强化摸排,深化措施确保实效,家校共建共同预防,明确责任严格奖惩。

From system to action,from leadership to head teacher,from publicity to implementation,both families and schools should work together to build an all-round and multi-level"campus bullying prevention network"so as to reduce the occurrence of school bullying and create a good cultivation environment for the healthy growth of young people.The main measures to prevent school bullying are as follows:strengthen the leadership and establish rules and regulations,focus on prevention and emphasize on investigation,families and schools work together to co-prevent school bullying,and adhere to clear responsibilities,and strict rewards and punishments.
