Study on Effective Strategies for School Safety Management

学生在成长的过程中虽然会受到家庭和学校的保护,但是潜在的安全问题还是会影响其健康成长。文章主要分析学校安全管理的有效策略,指出要构建学校安全教育多维度体系,实现学校安全教育内容系统化,保证学校安全演练活动常态化,确保学校安全教育经常化,提高学生的安全思想意识。

Although students are protected by their families and schools in the process of growing up, potential safety problems will still affect their healthy growth. This article mainly analyzes the effective strategies of school safety management and points out necessity to construct a multi-dimensional system of school safety education, improve the systematization of school safety education contents, implement the normalization of school safety drill activities, ensure the regularity of school safety education, and improve students’ safety consciousness.
