摘要
田径运动是初中体育课的一个非常重要的组成部分,而长跑又是其中一个重要的分支,不仅能够综合考查学生的身体素质,而且能够锻炼学生坚定的毅力,提升学生的忍耐力,缓解学生的学习压力,使学生精神饱满地投入到文化课学习中。文章基于初中体育长跑训练存在的问题,对初中体育长跑训练策略进行论述。
Track and field is a very important part of junior high school physical education, and long-distance running is one of the important branches, which can not only comprehensively examine students’ physical quality, but also exercise students’ firm perseverance, improve students’ endurance, relieve students’ learning pressure, and enable students to devote themselves to cultural learning in high spirits. Based on the problems existing in junior high school PE teaching long-distance running training, this paper discusses the training strategies of junior high school sports long-distance running.
