冠心病并发贫血治疗方法及预后研究的进展

Advances in the treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease complicated with anemia

冠心病(CHD)作为内科临床较为常见的基础疾病之一,在我国的发病率以及病死率正呈持续升高趋势,已成为严重影响我国居民生命健康安全的慢性疾病之一。有相关研究报道证实,CHD患者易并发贫血,而贫血可在一定程度上加重患者的病情,从而对患者预后造成不利影响,导致病死率的升高。因此,在临床工作中应重视CHD并发贫血的治疗,通过积极有效的治疗方式以达到改善CHD并发贫血患者的预后。本文通过对CHD并发贫血的治疗方式以及预后进行综述,目的在于为临床CHD并发贫血患者的有效治疗提供指导作用。

Coronary heart disease(CHD),as one of the common basic diseases in internal medicine,has become one of the chronic diseases that seriously affect the life,health and safety of Chinese residents.And relevant research reports have confirmed that patients with CHD are tend to be complicated with anemia,and anemia can aggravate the condition of patients to a certain extent,thus adversely affecting the prognosis of patients,resulting in the increase of mortality.Therefore,we should pay attention to the treatment of CHD complicated with anemia in clinical work,and improve the prognosis of patients with CHD complicated with anemia through active and effective treatment.This article reviews the treatment methods and prognosis of anemia caused by CHD in order to provide guidance for the effective treatment of patients with anemia caused by CHD in clinical practice.
