护理专业男护生的教育教学管理工作研究

随着社会的进步,护理专业的发展,很多医学院校开始招收男护生,男护生的数量在逐年增加,成为护理专业的成员,但是男护生入校后,在学习和生活中存在一些问题,本文旨在找出其中的问题,并提出合理的建议和对策,让男护生更好的在校园里面成长成材。

With the progress of the society,the development of nursing profession,many medical colleges and universities began to recruit male nursing students,and the number of male nursing students in increase year by year.As a member of the nursing profession,the male nursing students enrolled,there are some problems in study and life.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems,and put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures,and let the male nursing students better growth and become useful talent.
