摘要
目的探讨示教与反示教的教育模式在老年糖尿病患者规范使用胰岛素注射笔的效果。方法选取2018年1—10月入住本院心血管内一科的老年糖尿病患者62例作为研究对象,按住院时间进行分组,2018年1—5月入院的老年糖尿病患者共32例为对照组,2018年6—10月入院的老年糖尿病患者共30例为实验组。对照组住院期间行示范教育,实验组采用示教与反示教的教育模式,比较两组患者对胰岛素知识的掌握情况以及两组患者胰岛素笔使用的规范性。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者对胰岛素知识的掌握得分更高,实验组患者对胰岛素笔使用的规范性中各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论示教与反示教的教育模式可有效提高老年糖尿病患者对胰岛素知识的掌握度,并且提高老年糖尿病患者使用胰岛素注射笔的规范性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of teaching and counter-teaching in regulating the use of insulin injection pens in elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 62 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected.According to the time period of hospitalization,32 elderly diabetic patients admitted from January 2018 to May 2018 were divided into the control group.A total of 30 elderly diabetic patients admitted from June 2018 to October 2018 were included in the experimental group.The control group received demonstration education during hospitalization,while the experimental group received demonstration education and counter-demonstration education.To compare the mastering of insulin related knowledge and the standardization of insulin pen use between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher score in the mastery of insulin knowledge.All the indexes in the normalization of insulin pen use in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Demonstration teaching and counter demonstration teaching could effectively improve the elderly diabetic patients'mastery of insulin knowledge.And improve the standardization of insulin injection pens for elderly diabetic patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
