口腔科门诊医院内感染管理的6S护理模式管理效果

To analyze the effect of 6S nursing mode on nosocomial infection management in stomatological outpatientdepartment

目的探讨口腔科门诊医院内感染管理的6S护理模式的管理效果。方法本院于2018年1—12月实施预防口腔门诊院内感染管理的6S护理管理方式,管理方式主要包括:构建口腔门诊科专门的预防感染的6S护理管理小组,制定6S管理规范和质量评估目标,落实预防院内感染的6S管理监督评价制度。将2018年作为实验组,2017年作为对照组,评估指标分别为口腔门诊院内感染率、诊疗室空气培养合格率、手卫生依从率。结果实验组的诊疗室空气培养合格率、手卫生依从率分别为96.2%和65.3%,明显高于对照组的84.6%和47.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的护理满意度为97%,对照组的护理满意度为91%,实验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2018年本院口腔门诊科实施预防院内感染的6S护理模式后,门诊院内感染率大大降低,诊疗室空气培养合格率、手卫生依从率得到显著提升。

Objective To explore the effect of 6S nursing mode on nosocomial infection management in stomatological outpatient department.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,the 6s management mode which aimed at preventing nosocomial infection in stomatological outpatient department was applied in our hospital.The managementmainly including the construction of 6S nursing management group,6S management standard and quality evaluation target,and carry out the 6S management supervision and evaluation system that aimed to prevent nosocomial infection from occurring.The year 2018 was taken as the experimental group,and the year 2017 was taken as the control group.The evaluation indexes including the occurrence of nosocomial infection,theculture qualified rate of air samples from the examination room,and the compliance rate of hand hygiene.Results The qualified rate of air culture and compliance rate of hand hygiene in the treatment room of the experimental group were 96.2%and 65.3%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 84.6%and 47.3%in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97%,and that of the conventional group was 91%.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions After the implementation of 6S nursing mode in the outpatient department of our hospital in 2018,the nosocomial infection rate of the outpatient department was greatly reduced,and the qualified rate of air culture and hand hygiene compliance rate were significantly improved.
