腹腔镜手术在治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果研究

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Endometriosis

目的分析子宫内膜异位症患者临床应用腹腔镜手术实施治疗的效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2019年2月收治的87例子宫内膜异位症患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中44例为观察组,接受腹腔镜手术治疗,另外43例为对照组,接受开腹手术治疗,比较两组性生活质量、妊娠率、不良情况发生率、复发率。结果观察组术后3、6、12个月性生活质量评分均高于对照组(t=3.191、2.542、3.167,P<0.05);观察组术后不良情况发生率为9.09%,低于对照组25.58%,术后1年妊娠率为52.27%,高于对照组30.23%,复发率为4.55%,低于对照组18.60%(χ^2=4.145、4.355、4.225,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症临床应用腹腔镜手术方法实施治疗能够提升性生活质量,提高术后妊娠率,减少不良情况及复发,临床有良好应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis.Methods Convenient elect 87 patients with endometriosis from January 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled in the hospital.According to the random number table method,44 patients were included in the observation group and received laparoscopic surgery.43 cases in the control group received open surgery,and the quality of life,pregnancy rate,incidence of adverse events,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at 3,6 and 12 months(t=3.191,2.542,3.167,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than that of the control group of 25.58%,and the pregnancy rate was 52.27%after 1 year,which was higher than that of the control group(30.23%).The recurrence rate was 4.55%,which was lower than that of the control group 18.60%(χ^2=4.145,4.355,4.225,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis can improve the quality of sexual life,improve the postoperative pregnancy rate,reduce the adverse conditions and recurrence,and has good clinical application value.
