清热化瘀及益气清热化瘀中药对实验动物PGE2的影响

Effect of Heat of Blood and Invigorate Qi, Clear Heat and Remove Blood Stasis Chinese Medicine on Experimental Animal PGE2

目的比较清热化瘀与清热益气化瘀中药浸渍治疗急性软组织损伤家兔的前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)的影响。方法由华西医学中心动物实验中心提供40只SPF级雄性家兔,建立家兔急性软组织损伤动物模型,将其编号后,随机分为空白组、造模组、清热化瘀组以及清热益气化瘀组,观测其皮下瘀血、肌肉肿胀和肌肉颜色,检测24 h、72 h时各组受损肌肉组织的PGE2含量变化。结果造模24 h、48 h、72 h时观测损伤症候指数并评分,72 h时,与空白组(0.00±0.00)分和造模组(3.08±0.26)分比较,清热化瘀组(2.02±0.86)分和清热益气化瘀组(1.97±1.73)分损伤症状明显改善,但两组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);检测造模24 h、72 h后的PGE2含量,72 h后造模组(98.79±2.78)与清热益气化瘀组(73.42±4.12)pg/mL和清热化瘀组(76.99±4.85)pg/mL比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但清热化瘀组与清热化瘀组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比清热化瘀浸渍药液,清热益气化瘀浸渍药液对家兔软组织受损部位的PGE2抑制效果更好,对急性软组织损伤的消炎和修复有明显作用。

Objective Effects of heat of blood and invigorate Qi,clear heat and remove blood stasis Chinese medicine on prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in rabbits with acute soft tissue injury.Methods 40 SPF male rabbits were provided by the Animal Experimental Center of Huaxi Medical Center,Animal models of acute soft tissue injury in rabbits were established.After being numbered,they were randomLy divided into blank group,model group,heat of blood group and invigorate Qi,clear heat and remove blood stasis group.The subcutaneous blood stasis,muscle swelling and muscle color were observed And Changes of PGE2 content in damaged muscle tissue of each group at 24 h,72 h were measured.Results The injury syndrome index was observed and scored at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h.At 72 h,compared with the blank group(0.00±0.00)points and the model group(3.08±0.26)points,the heat of blood group(2.02±0.86)points combined with invigorate Qi,clear heat and remove blood stasis group(1.97±1.73)points were significantly improved,but the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The PGE2 content after 24 h,48 h and 72 h was detected,and the model was established after 72 h.The group(98.79±2.78)pg/mL was significantly different from the invigorate Qi,clear heat and remove blood stasis group(73.42±4.12)pg/mL and the heat of blood group(76.99±4.85)pg/mL the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the heat of blood group and the heat of blood group no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The phlegm-heating sputum immersion liquid and the invigorate Qi,clear heat and remove blood stasis sputum immersion liquid can reduce the soft tissue inflammation of the damaged part by inhibiting the increase of PGE2 content,and contribute to the recovery of acute soft tissue injury.
