鼻内窥镜下三线减张辅以耳科电钻治疗鼻中隔偏曲的探讨

Experience of Three-line Reduction under Nasal Endoscope with Otoscope Drill for Treatment of Nasal Septum Deviation

目的探究鼻内窥镜下三线减张辅以耳科电钻治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果。方法方便选取2013年1月—2018年12月该院收治的65例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象。基于随机数字法,成立对照组32例与治疗组33例。对照组采用传统鼻中隔粘膜下切除术,治疗组采用鼻内窥镜下三线减张辅以耳科电钻治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组患者临床疗效(96.97%)明显高于对照组(87.50%),对比结果差异有统计学意义(χ^2=1.042,P<0.05);治疗组手术时间、术中出血量指标(40.25±3.6)min;﹙12.28±1.6﹚mL显著优于对照组(46.35±4.2﹚min;﹙19.52±2.1)mL(t=9.729、25.949,P<0.05),且该组术后6个月不良症状发生情况(3.03%)也显著低于对照组(15.63%)(χ^2=1.562,P<0.05),上述各项对比结果数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻中隔偏曲患者采取鼻内窥镜下三线减张辅以耳科电钻的方式进行治疗,临床效果理想,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of three-line reduction under nasal endoscope combined with otoscope drill for the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods Sixty-five patients with nasal septum deviation were convenient enrolled in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018.Based on the random number method,32 patients in the control group and 33 patients in the treatment group were established.The control group underwent traditional submucosal resection of the nasal septum.The treatment group was treated with three-line reduction under nasal endoscope and otoscope drill.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy(96.97%)of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=1.042,P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss index of the treatment group(40.25±3.6﹚min;﹙12.28±1.6)mLsignificantly better than the control group(46.35±4.2﹚min;﹙19.52±2.1)mL(t=9.729;25.949,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse symptoms(3.03%)in this group after 6 months was also significantly lower than the control group(15.63%)(χ^2=1.562,P<0.05),the data of the above comparison results were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with nasal septum deviation are treated with three-line reduction under nasal endoscope and otoscope electric drill.The clinical effect is ideal and the application value is high.
