早期系统康复在手烧伤患者中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Early Systematic Rehabilitation in Patients with Hand Burns

目的探究早期系统康复在手烧伤患者中的应用价值。方法该次研究对象方便选取该院于2017年5月—2019年5月收治的手烧伤患者100例,并将其根据随机原则实施分组,分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。给予对照组外科常规护理,而观察组则实施早期系统康复护理。比较两组的护理效果,同时比较两组干预前后神经功能评分量表(ASIA)、手指关节活动度(TAM)。结果观察组的护理总有效率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(82.00%)(χ^2=5.010;P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的ASIA评分均比干预前升高,但观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05);且手指关节活动优良率(80.00%)也较高于对照组(62.00%)(χ^2=3.930;P<0.05)。结论针对手烧伤患者,应用早期系统康复护理干预,其护理效果较为理想,能有效改善患者的神经功能和手指关节活动功能,恢复效果更好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the value of early systematic rehabilitation in patients with hand burn.Methods Convenient election 100 cases of hand burn patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects of this study,and they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random principle.The control group was given routine surgical nursing,while the observation group was given early systematic rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,as well as the neurological function rating scale(ASIA)and finger range of motion(TAM)before and after the intervention.Results The total effective rate(96.00%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(χ^2=5.010 P<0.05);After intervention,ASIA scores of patients in both groups were higher than before intervention,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);In addition,the excellent and good rate of finger joint activity(80.00%)was higher than that of the control group(62.00%)(χ^2=3.930 P<0.05).Conclusion For hand burn patients,the application of early systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention,the nursing effect is relatively ideal,can effectively improve the nerve function and finger joint movement function of patients,better recovery effect,is worthy of clinical promotion.
