手术室全面护理对术后肺部感染的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Operation in Operating Room on Postoperative Pulmonary Infection

目的探讨分析全面护理手术室患者术后肺内感染分生率的影响。方法方便选取该院自2017年10月—2018年10月手术室患者84例入组分析。入组患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组44例与对照组40例,观察组给予全面护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组在术后发生肺内感染的例数及患者护理满意度。结果①观察组与对照组肺部感染率分别为6.8%,22.5%,两组肺部感染发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.208,P<0.05);两组因症再住院发生率分别为0.0%,10.0%,两组肺部感染发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.620,P<0.05)。②两组满意度比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.360,P<0.05)。结论全面护理可以降低手术室患者术后肺内感染分生率,提高患者满意度,改善患者心理状态,值得在医院的手术科室推广应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of postoperative pulmonary infection rate on patients with comprehensive nursing operation room.Methods Eighty-four patients in the operating room from October 2017 to October 2018 were convenient selected and analyzed.The enrolled patients were divided into observation group 44 cases and control group 40 cases,according to the random number table method.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing and the control group was given routine nursing.The number of postoperative intrapulmonary infections and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 1.The lung infection rates of the observation group and the control group were 6.8%and 22.5%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection between the two groups(χ^2=4.208,P<0.05).The incidence of re-hospitalization was 0.0%,10.0%,and there was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary infection between the two groups(χ^2=4.620,P<0.05).2.The satisfaction of the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=8.360,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the postoperative rate of intrapulmonary infection in patients in the operating room,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the psychological state of patients.It is worthy of promotion and application in the surgical department of the hospital.
