摘要 由于广泛分布的湖积软土的存在影响了芜湖地区的城市建设,本文利用中心旋转组合设计即CCD法确定高炉矿渣微粉(GGBS)+氧化钙(CaO)+碳酸钠(Na2CO3)三者的添加范围.以3种添加剂作为影响因素,养护28 d龄期固化土强度为响应值,得出GGBS+CaO+Na2CO3之间的最优配比.通过交互作用分析,利用Design-Expert软件可以得出高炉矿渣微粉(GGBS)、氧化钙(CaO)和碳酸钠(Na2CO3)三者间的质量百分比最优配比为12.56%∶4.94%∶1.23%,并且在此配比下的无侧限抗压强度值可达636.72 kPa,对固化芜湖地区软土有着重要的参考作用. As the existence of widely distributed marine soft soil affects the urban construction in Wuhu region,this paper applies the central rotating combination design,that is,the CCD method to determine the optimal mixing ratio of(GGBS)+calcium oxide(CaO)+sodium carbonate(Na2CO3).Three additives are used as influencing factors,and the strength of 28 day curing soil is the response value,so as to get the optimal ratio of GGBS+CaO+Na2CO3.Through the analysis of interaction,the optimum ratio of GGBS,Cao and Na2CO3 is 12.56%∶4.94%∶1.23%.In addition,the unconfined compressive strength value under this optimal ratio can reach 636.72kPa,which has an important reference role in solidifying soft soil in Wuhu area.
