体育教师的职后教育研究

Research on Post-service Education for Physical Education Teachers

阐述了我国体育教师职后教育发展及成就,指出了我国体育教师职后教育存在的若干问题.通过梳理美、日、英3国在体育教师职后教育的做法,对我国体育教师职后教育得到了若干启示,提出了我国体育教师职后教育的对策与建议.体育教师职后教育事关我国体育教育事业的长远发展,因此必须予以足够重视.

The development and achievements of physical education teachers’post-service education in China are elaborated,and some problems are pointed out in this paper.By sorting out the practice in the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,we have obtained some enlightenments for physical education teachers’post-service education in China and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for physical education teachers in China.Post-service education of physical education teachers is related to the long-term development of the cause of physical education in China,so it must be paid enough attention.
