摘要
随着汽车行业数字化智能化的发展,整车中控制器数量和其具有的参数种类越来越多。针对样车开发电器调试过程中零件状态更新迅速,整车各控制器参数频繁更改的需求,结合Java的交互界面Swing,AWT和车辆诊断软件中的参数载入模块,设计了参数加载用户友好界面且能自动遍历输入路径下的各类参数文件,寻址对应控制器写入数据,并输出反馈信息。在样车试制过程中用Jython语言实现的控制器参数载入批处理宏起到了重要作用,能够提高研发效率加速开发进程。
With the digital and intelligent development tendency of automobile industry,the controller amount and their parameter types are increasing in vehicles.In order to meet the requirement of quickly update in parts status and frequently changing parameters of various controllers in the prototype vehicle development electrical testing process,a user friendly controller chooser GUI is designed with the combination of Swing,AWT,which is a GUI widget toolkit for Java,and the parameter download classin vehicle diagnostic software.A graphical user interface is designed to search automatically all the parameter files in the input path,then writing the datasets according to the controller address,also output the result message in the end.The controller parameter automatic loading batch macro is implemented by Jython,which plays an important role in prototype vehicle manufacture.It also can advance the development efficiency and speeding up the research process.
