政治关系与民营企业研发投入——基于全国私营企业调查数据的实证研究

The Political Relationship and R&D Investment of Private Enterprises——Based on National Survey Data of Private Enterprises

以资源依赖观和新制度经济学的分析视角,基于第十次全国私营企业调查数据的研究样本,探讨政治关系对民营企业研发投入的影响。实证分析表明,政治关系能够显著促进民营企业的研发投入,市场化、法制化在政治关系与研发投入关系中起到正向调节作用。本研究表明,政治关系能够引导民营企业将资源投入到提升核心竞争力的技术研发活动,进而有利于确立企业在技术创新体系的主体地位和创新型国家建设。

From the perspective of resource dependence and new institutional economics,the authors take the tenth national survey data of private enterprises as the research sample to explore the impact of the political relationship on the R&D input of private enterprises.The results of empirical analysis show that the political relationship can significantly promote the R&D input of private enterprises and the degree of marketization and legalization plays a positive regulating role in the political relationship and R&D input relationship.This study shows that the political relationship can lead private enterprises to put resources into technology R&D activities to enhance core competitiveness,which is conducive to establishing enterprises’dominant position in the technology innovation system and building an innovative country.
