Building the support system of green mine construction in China

绿色矿山是矿业领域生态文明建设的生动实践,从试点探索到全面推进,绿色矿山已经成为转变矿业发展方式、提升矿业整体形象的重要平台和抓手。但我国矿业发展面临的困难挑战十分突出,矿山建设水平差异大,技术装备水平落后,对绿色矿山内涵理解不全面,历史遗留问题多,评价考核机制不完善,全面推进依然任重道远,必须建立健全绿色矿山建设的标准体系、评价体系、政策体系、创新体系等支撑体系,充分发挥导向作用,实现管理科学化规范化,精准发力,打造矿业绿色发展新模式。

Green mine is a vivid practice of ecological civilization construction in mining industry.From pilot exploration to comprehensive promotion,green mine has become an important way to change the development mode of mining industry and enhance the image of mining industry.However,the difficulties and challenges faced by the development of China’s mining industry are very prominent.There are great differences in mine construction level,backward technical equipment,incomplete understanding of the connotation of green mine,many historical problems,imperfect evaluation and assessment mechanism,and it is a long way to promote the construction of green mine.Then,it is necessary to establish standards system,evaluation system,policy system,innovation system and other supporting system for the green mine construction,and giving full play to the guiding role,realizing scientific and standardized management to create a new mining industry development model.
