摘要
为了提高祁东煤矿下山岩巷掘进效率,减小工人劳动强度,以祁东煤矿Ⅱ三采区轨道下山为研究背景,通过分析巷道原有掘进施工工艺的影响因素,优化生产组织管理及施工技术水平,同时引进CMJ2-18履带式双臂凿岩台车进行破岩,ZWY-150/55挖掘式装载机进行装岩,配合DSJ-80型胶带输送机进行运输,不仅提高了巷道掘进效率,而且减小了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,提升了工人作业积极性,实现了祁东煤矿下山岩巷安全高效的快速掘进。
In order to improve the excavation efficiency of rock roadway in Qidong coal mine and reduce the labor intensity,taking the track descent of second level and three mining area in Qidong coal mine as the research background,by analyzing the influencing factors of the original excavation construction technology of the roadway,optimizing production organization management and construction technology level,the CMJ2-18 crawler double-arm rock drilling jumbo is introduced for rock breaking,and the ZWY-150/55 excavator loader is used for rock loading and transportation with DSJ-80 belt conveyor.It not only improves the efficiency of roadway excavation,but also reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the working environment,enhances the enthusiasm of workers,and realizes the safe and efficient rapid excavation of rock roadway in Qidong coal mine.
