“双一流”建设背景下医学研究生教育改革的思路与实践

Thoughts and practices on medical postgraduate education reform under the background of “Double First-class” construction

文章阐述了“双一流”建设背景下医学研究生教育改革的思路:“科教结合”,健全完善博士研究生培养与科学研究相结合的培养机制,围绕国际学术前沿、国家重大需求和基础研究,着力提高博士研究生的原始创新能力;“交叉融合”,鼓励跨学科研究生协同培养,紧密结合国家重大科学工程或研究计划设立联合培养项目,与国际高水平大学和研究机构联合培养研究生;“医教协同”,加强医学专业学位研究生实践能力培养。在临床医学、公共卫生和预防医学等博士学位授权一级学科建设基础上,重点介绍了复旦大学上海医学院“一流医学研究生教育引领计划”。该计划旨在培养创新型、应用型、复合型高水平拔尖医学人才,为全面建成小康社会、实现“中国梦”提供强大的人才和智力支持。

Under the background of“Double First-class”construction,this paper expounds the thoughts on medical postgraduate education reform,namely,the“combination of science and education”,the“cross-disciplinary integration”and the“coordination of medicine and education”.The“combination of science and education”refers to improving the training mechanism of combining doctoral training with scientific research,and making efforts on improving the original innovation ability of doctoral students while centering on international academic frontiers,national significant demands and basic research.The“cross-disciplinary integration”refers to encouraging the co-training of cross-disciplinary postgraduate students as well as establishing joint training programs and jointly training postgraduate students with high-level international universities and research institututions in close combination with national major scientific projects or research plans.The“coordination of medicine and education”refers to strengthening the practical ability training for postgraduate students of medical majors.Based on the construction of the first-class disciplines with the authorization of awarding doctorates on clinical medicine,public health and preventive medicine,this paper highlights the“guiding plan for first-class medical postgraduate education”of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University,which aims to cultivate innovative,applied and compound high-level top-notch medical talents,so as to provide strong talents and intellectual support for building up a welloff society in an all-round way and realizing the“Chinese dream”.
