橡胶丁苯/石墨烯复合材料的特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 橡胶复合材料中所用的主要添加助剂为以湿法制备的石墨烯/丁苯橡胶母粒,通过对石墨烯/丁苯橡胶的性能进行分析,可以判断出其对丁苯橡胶的影响。通过分析发现,如果对石墨烯/丁苯橡胶的使用量较少,对丁苯橡胶具有一定的改善效果,并且在胶料性能的影响因素中墨烯的用量和分散发挥着很大作用。当将石墨烯的用量控制在0.125份以下时,在胶料中石墨烯具有良好的分散性,并且能提升胶料的耐磨性,如果对石墨烯的用量进行增加,胶料在使用过程中的抗切割性能也会不断增加。 The main additive used in rubber composites is graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber master batch prepared by wet method.The influence of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber on styrene-butadiene rubber can be judged by analyzing the properties of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber.Through analysis,it is found that if the amount of graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber is small,it has certain improvement effect on styrene-butadiene rubber,and the amount and dispersion of graphene play a great role in influencing factors of the properties of sizing materials.When the amount of graphene is controlled below 0.125 phr,graphene has good dispersibility in the sizing materials,and can improve the wear resistance of the sizing materials.If the amount of graphene is increased,the cutting resistance of the sizing materials will also increase continually.
