摘要
在煤矿资源的开采工作当中,其中现场需要使用到大量的液压支架,通过对液压支架的有效使用,可以有效保证整个煤矿开采工作的安全性和稳定性。在液压支架结构当中对焊接工艺的要求相对较高,同时整个焊接过程相对比较复杂,焊接工作的质量直接决定了液压支架的使用寿命以及使用的安全性。基于此,本文重点针对煤矿液压支架结构焊接工艺进行了分析和研究,以此来提高整个液压支架工作的稳定性。
In the mining of coal resources,a large number of hydraulic supports are needed on site.Through the effective use of hydraulic supports,the safety and stability of the whole coal mining work can be effectively guaranteed.In the structure of hydraulic support,the requirements for welding process are relatively high,and the whole welding process is relatively complex.The quality of welding work directly determines the service life and safety of hydraulic support.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis and research of the welding process of coal mine hydraulic support structure,so as to improve the stability of the whole hydraulic support work.
