人机工程在煤矿机械设计中的应用

Application of Man-machine Engineering in Coal Mine Machinery Design

进入21世纪以来,我国的科学技术和社会发展一直在飞速的前进,大家对机械设计的要求也随之提高,以前的机械产品设计的较为单一,只是以产品质量为目标,现在人们会考虑如何建立优良的人机关系,在保证成本的条件下设计出最安全、舒适和高效的机械产品。但无论机械产品如何设计的完美和高超,也需要通过人来操作才可以达到要求。如何在机械设计中考虑到人的因素,又不影响机械产品本身的实用功能,这是每一个机械设计师都要重视的问题。本文作者将人机工程在机械设计中出现的问题进行分析,希望对人机工程在煤矿机械中如何平衡起到一些帮助。

Since entering the 21 st century,China’s science and technology and social development have been advancing rapidly,and people’s requirements for mechanical design have also increased.In the past,the design of mechanical products was relatively simple,only aiming at product quality.Now people will consider how to establish a good man-machine relationship and design the safest,comfortable and efficient development of mechanical products under the condition of ensuring cost.However,no matter how perfect and superb the design of mechanical products is,it needs to be operated by people to meet the requirements.How to consider human factors in mechanical design without affecting the practical function of mechanical products is a problem that every mechanical designer should pay attention to.In this paper,the author will analyze the problems of ergonomics in mechanical design,hoping to help some on how to balance ergonomics in coal mine machinery.
