摘要 当前,由于我国正处于经济发展改革的关键阶段,煤矿产业作为我国工业的重要组成部分,也伴随着产业结构的不断调整升级。而安全问题作为煤矿产业管理的重要组成部分,是煤矿整体管理的关键环节。钢丝绳安全主要指的是由于矿井主体提升钢丝绳存在一定的内劲,导致罐笼与下口套架间存在摩擦,最终使得套架与罐笼磨损,从而产生一系列安全问题。因此,为了能够充分满足当前煤矿采煤过程中的安全需要,提升钢丝绳安全技术也成为了必须改善的一个重要部分。本篇文章就从技术分析的角度对煤矿钢丝绳安全技术的提升进行探索研究。 At present,China is at a critical stage of economic development and reform,the coal mine industry,as an important part of China’s industry,is also accompanied by continuous adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure.As an important part of coal mine industry management,safety is a key link in the overall management of coal mines.Wire rope safety mainly refers to a series of safety problems caused by friction between the cage and the lower jacket due to certain internal strength of the hoisting wire rope of the mine main body,which eventually makes the jacket and cage wear.Therefore,in order to fully meet the safety needs in the current coal mining process,the hoisting wire rope safety technology has also become an important part that must be improved.This article explores and studies the improvement of safety technology of coal mine wire rope from the perspective of technical analysis.
