With the continuous development of the times,the coal conveying system of belt conveyor has been continuously improved.The conveying distance increases gradually,the conveying speed increases continuously,and the driving force of the system also increases continuously.This paper will make a discussion and analysis on the overall arrangement of the coal conveying system of the belt conveyor,the determination of the belt speed of the system,the arrangement of the tension device and the driving device of the relevant soft starting mode,etc.The best scheme is obtained to provide reference for similar projects.
