缓倾斜煤层综放开采沿空留巷围岩控制技术实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国煤炭储量丰富,但由于长期以来的不断开采,煤炭储量争速减少,为保障国内经济稳定持续的健康发展,提升煤炭采出率是杜绝资源流失的有效途径,围岩留巷控制技术应势而生并得到普遍应用。对5-20725号煤炭采掘层工作面作背景进行研究。一是要对现场调查研究,掌握工作面运行状况,同时采集、统计和分析顶底岩层布局及其力学机理;二是分析研究围岩留巷时段内围岩运行规律,然后根据现场力学机理搭建矿压测算模型,并设计完成巷内支护和巷旁支护的有效参数;三是使用数值验证模拟法对方案加以验证;四是经过现场实测并出具评估报告。 China is rich in coal reserves,but due to the continuous mining for a long time,the coal reserves have decreased sharply.In order to ensure the stable and sustained healthy development of the domestic economy and prevent the loss of resources,improve the coal recovery rate is an effective way.The surrounding rock roadway retaining control technology came into being and has been widely used.This paper studies the working face of No.5-20725 coal mining layer as the background.The first is to conduct on-site investigation and research,master the operation status in the working face,at the same time,collect,count and analyze the strata layout and its mechanical mechanism at the top and bottom.The second is to analyze and study the law of surrounding rock movement during the period of surrounding rock retaining,and then build the mine pressure calculation model according to the on-site mechanical mechanism,and design and complete the effective parameters of roadway support and roadway side support.Thirdly,the scheme is verified by numerical verification simulation method.Fourth,an evaluation report is issued after on-site measurement.
