This paper introduces the design process and forming process of the bending forming die of the connecting pipe in the flame intake preheating device. A set of frame body is designed with different working positions. The bending of series connecting pipes with different surfaces, angles and radii is realized by means of universal positioning, quick change of rotor, etc.
