医院转化医学楼多元智慧物流传输系统配置评估研究

Study on the evaluation of the configuration of logistics transmission system with multiple intelligence in translational medicine building

目的:基于医院转化医学楼物流系统选型,探讨医院多元智慧物流传输系统选型配置思路。方法:对比分析4种常见的医院自动化区间物流传输系统技术指标,结合医院经济条件和管理需要,综合考虑工程造价、临床需求和利弊分析等,设计可满足转化医学楼内相关科室的医学标本、药品、医用物资及文书档案等主要传输物品的传输任务。结果:依据转化医学楼的空间布局、工程造价和物流传输系统的优劣性,将气动物流传输系统确定为核心,在局部科室间辅以轨道物流传输系统,使得血液制品、病理标本及文书档案等医疗物资可以高效、快速、安全地进行传输。结论:高品质的物流传输系统既能节约人力成本,又能节省运输空间,可解决医院内部科室间的物资高效流转,实现主院区与转化医学楼以及转化医学楼内部空间物资的高效化流转,为医疗和科研间的成果转化提供助力。

Objective:To explore the thinking of the selection and configuration of logistics transmission system with multiple intelligence of hospital based on the selection of logistics system in translational medicine building.Methods:Comparing and analyzing four kinds of common technical indicators in automatically inter-department logistics transmission system of hospital,and combining economic condition and management demand of hospital,and comprehensively considering building cost of projects,clinical demands and analysis of advantages and disadvantages to design transport task which could meet medical specimens,drug,medical materials and documentary archives of relevant departments in translational medicine buildings.Results:According to the advantages and disadvantages of spatial arrangement,building cost of projects and logistics transmission system of translational medicine building to determine logistics transmission system with air-operation as core.And the logistics transmission system with rail was assisted in local department so as to efficiently,fast,safely transmit medical materials included blood products,pathological specimens,document archives and so on.Conclusion:The logistics transmission system with high quality can save load cost as well as save transmission space.And it can effectively transmit materials among different departments of hospital,and it can realize effective transmission for materials among main region,translational medicine building and the internal space of translational medicine building.It can provide assistance for achievement transformation amongst medical treatment and scientific research.
