摘要 目的:观察分析糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)应用α-硫辛酸治疗的临床效果,探讨药物治疗对血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)指标的相关影响。方法:随机选取2015年5月至2018年5月在我院进行治疗的90例DPN患者作为研究对象,编号后录入计算机并采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组与观察组各45例。对照组患者仅给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上应用α-硫辛酸治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、NO、ET及血糖相关指标变化。结果:治疗前,观察组与对照组MCV、SCV、NO、ET、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hFPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组MCV及SCV高于对照组,血糖水平低于对照组,NO、ET水平优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物基础上应用α-硫辛酸治疗DPN效果显著,能够有效提高患者神经传导速度,积极控制血糖水平,对改善血清NO、ET具有重要意义。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and to explore the related effects of drug therapy on the serum levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET).Methods:90 cases of DPN patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were randomly selected as study subjects.After numbering,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by single blind method.45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given only conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with alpha lipoic acid based on the conventional treatment.The motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),NO,ET,and related indexes of blood glucose before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the MCV,SCV,NO,ET,FPG,2hFPG,HbAlc index of the observation group and the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the MCV and SCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the blood glucose levels were lower than those in the control group,and the NO and ET levels were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of alpha-lipoic acid in the treatment of DPN on the basis of conventional drugs has significant effect,which can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients and actively control the blood glucose level,and has great significance for improving serum NO and ET.
