西达本胺治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的疗效及毒副作用研究

Efficacy and Toxic and Side Effects of Chidamide in the Treatment of T-cell Lymphoma

目的:观察西达本胺治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的疗效及毒副作用。方法:选取30例T细胞淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。对照组给予常规化疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上联合西达本胺,比较两组治疗效果、淋巴结指标、血清指标及毒副作用发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率80.00%高于对照组40.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组腹腔、盆腔、纵隔淋巴结缩小率分别为73.33%、80.00%、73.33%高于对照组26.67%、40.00%、33.33%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Arg-1、VEGF、iNOS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组全身不良反应、胃肠道不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组血液学不良反应、代谢及营养系统不良反应发生率为13.33%、6.67%低于对照组53.33%、40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:西达本胺治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的效果较好且治疗后毒副作用发生情况较少。

Objective: To observe the efficacy and toxic and side effects of chidamide in the treatment of T-cell lymphoma. Methods: 30 patients with T-cell lymphoma were selected for the studyandrandomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional chemotherapy regimen, and observation group was combined with chidamide on the basis of control group. The treatment effects, lymph node indexes, serum indexes and occurrence of toxic and side effectswere compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(80.00% vs 40%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the reduction rates of abdominal, pelvic and mediastinal lymph nodes in observation group were 73.33%, 80.00%and 73.33%respectively, which were higher than those in control group with 26.67%, 40.00%and 33.33%(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Arg-1, VEGF and iNOS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of systemic adverse reactions and gastrointestinal adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence rates of hematological adverse reactions and metabolic and nutritional system adverse reactionsin observation group were 13.33%and 6.67%, which were lower than those in control group with 53.33%and 40.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chidamide has good effects and has few toxic and side effects after treatment in the treatment of T-cell lymphoma.
