鼻渊舒口服液、枸地氯雷他定辅助手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid,Desloratadine Citrate Disodium and Surgery in Treatment of Chronic Sinusit

目的:探讨鼻渊舒口服液、枸地氯雷他定辅助手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月我院收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组予以鼻窦内窥镜手术辅以常规治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用鼻渊舒口服液、枸地氯雷他定治疗。对比两组治疗前、治疗1个月后疼痛程度及炎症因子水平。结果:对比治疗前两组VAS评分及炎症因子指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后两组VAS评分及炎症因子指标水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性鼻窦炎患者采用鼻渊舒口服液、枸地氯雷他定联合手术治疗效果良好,可有效减轻患者疼痛并改善炎症因子水平,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Biyuanshu oral liquid, desloratadine citrate disodium and surgery in treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods: 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who admitted in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given nasal endoscopic surgery and routine treatment, and observation group was treated with Biyuanshu oral liquid and desloratadine citrate disodium based on control group. The pain degree and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between two groups before treatment and after treatment for 1 month. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in the VAS score and inflammatory factors between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment for 1 month, the VAS scores and the levels of inflammatory factors in two groups decreased, and the decreased range of observation group was larger(P<0.05). Conclusion: Biyuanshu oral liquid, desloratadine citrate disodium and surgery in treatment of chronic sinusitis has better effects, it can reduce pain and improve the levels of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
