三种药物联合应用治疗霉菌性阴道炎的有效性及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Combined use of Three Drugs in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis

目的:对三种药物联合应用治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性进行探究。方法:以我院2016年12月至2018年6月期间接诊的霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,共86例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组,均43例,其中对照组采取常规治疗,而研究组在此基础上,联合应用三种药物治疗,现比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白介素(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴痒消失时间、白带恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月,发现研究组复发率(4.65%)低于对照组(18.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用三种药物联合治疗霉菌性阴道炎,疗效确切,安全可靠,有助于消除炎症,减轻症状体征,预防病情复发,患者预后良好。

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of three kinds of drugs in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods: 86 cases of mycotic vaginitis from December 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group, study group and 43 cases according to the random digital table method. Three kinds of drug therapy were applied in combination, and the treatment effect was compared in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.05%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);study Group IL-6, TNF-The level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), the disappearance time of yin itching and the recovery time of leukorrhea in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). After 6 months follow-up, it was found that the recurrence rate in the study group(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(18.6%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of three drugs is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Eliminate inflammation, reduce symptoms and signs, prevent recurrence of the disease, the prognosis of the patients is good.
