Objective: To analyze the current situation of rotator cuff injury patients in Southwest Guizhou and the treatment evaluation of new arthroscopic techniques. Methods: Thirty patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of study. All 30 patients were diagnosed. Using new arthroscopic technique to treat rotator cuff injury under arthroscope NRS pain score, ASES score and Constant shoulder joint function score were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation. To explore the surgical technique and curative effect of shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of rotator cuff injury. Results: During the follow-up of all patients, after the introduction of new shoulder arthroscopic technique, the operation was performed. The NRS pain score was significantly reduced, the ASES score and Constant shoulder function score were significantly increased, and the range of shoulder motion gradually returned to normal Statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The new shoulder arthroscopy technology has played a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of rotator cuff injury in Southwest Guizhou. While relieving the pain quickly, restoring the joint activity of the patients is beneficial to the recovery of the patients.
