妥布霉素地塞米松、聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合预防翼状胬肉术后复发的疗效观察

Efficacy of Tobramycin Dexamethasone and Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops in the Prevention of Postoperative Recurrence of Pterygium

目的:分析妥布霉素地塞米松、聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合预防翼状胬肉术后复发的疗效。方法:选取56例医院收治翼状胬肉患者,随机将患者分为A、B、C三组,A组18例,B组19例,C组19例。三组采取相同的手术方案,A组术后应用妥布霉素地塞米松,B组术后使用聚乙烯醇滴眼液,C组术后使用妥布霉素地塞米松联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液。观察三组患者术后复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果:C组术后复发率明显低于A、B组(P<0.05);三组在术后不良反应发生率方面的比较差异无统计学意义。结论:妥布霉素地塞米松、聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合应用有助于降低翼状胬肉术后复发率,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of tobramycin dexamethasone and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of pterygium. Methods: 56 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into three groups: group A(n=18), group B(n=19) and group C(n=19). The three groups were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone after operation, group B was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops after operation, and group C was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops after operation. The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the three groups. Result: C The recurrence rate of the group after operation was significantly lower than that of A and B group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions among the three groups. Conclusion: The combination of tobramycin dexamethasone and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops is helpful to reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium after operation and has high safety.
