欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘产后出血的针对性护理效果

Nursing Effect of Xinmupei Combined with Intrauterine Gauze Filling on Postpartum Hemorrhage of Placenta Previa

目的:探究前置胎盘产后出血患者应用欣母沛、宫腔填纱治疗的同时给予针对性护理的效果,为临床研究提供相应的参考数据。方法:本院收治前置胎盘产后出血产妇52例,按照随机分层法将产妇分为两组,两组产妇均给予欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗,观察组与对照组在此基础上分别实施针对性护理与常规护理,对比两组产妇的产后出血量(2h、12h、24h)、以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组产妇的产后出血量(2h、12h、24h)显著少于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的术后并发症(发热、晚期子宫出血、产褥感染、恶露臭味等)发生率显著比对照组少,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:前置胎盘产后出血患者应用欣母沛、宫腔填纱治疗的同时给予针对性护理具有理想疗效,值得推荐。

Objective: To explore the effect of targeted nursing on patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa treated with Xinmupei and uterine cavity gauze filling, so as to provide relevant reference data for clinical research. Methods: 52 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa were treated in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random stratification. The two groups were treated with Xinmupei combined with intrauterine gauze filling. The observation group and the control group were given targeted nursing and routine nursing respectively on the basis of this, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage(2 h, 12 h, 24 h) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The amount of postpartum hemorrhage(2 h, 12 h, 24 h) in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications(fever, late uterine bleeding, puerperal infection, odor, etc.) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Xinmupei and intrauterine gauze filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa with targeted nursing has an ideal effect, which is worth recommending.
