摘要 为降低柴油机的排放,满足当前国六排放法规要求,分析了更高轨压燃烧系统对发动机性能和排放的影响。在同一台发动机上进行了台架对比试验,基于试验结果分析了高轨压燃烧系统匹配不同的气道方案、燃烧室方案对发动机燃油经济性、排放特性的影响。结果表明,高轨压燃烧系统能够使发动机中、高负荷区域碳烟排放降低约20%,小涡流比大流量系数的气道、扁平化燃烧室结构方案能够使发动机性能更佳。相对于原燃烧系统,高轨压燃烧系统WHSC测试循环碳烟排放降低了约60%,发动机排放明显降低。 In order to reduce diesel emissions and meet current China VI emission regulations,the effects of higher rail pressure combustion systems on engine performance and emissions are investigated.The comparison rig test is carried out on the same engine.Based on the test results,the effects of high rail pressure system with different intake port and combustion chamber on engine fuel economy and emission characteristics are analyzed.The results show that high rail pressure fuel system can reduce soot emissions in medium&high load areas of the engine by approximately 20%.The intake port with low swirl rate and high flow coefficient and flat combustion chamber structure contributes to better engine performance.Compared with the original system,soot emissions can be reduced by about 60%on the WHSC test cycle with the optimized combustion system,and engine emissions are reduced significantly.
