基于细节比的汽车曲线品质评定方法研究

Research on Quality Evaluation Method of Automobile Curves Based on Detail Ratio

针对当前车身曲线曲面的品质主要由人工评定,难以定量化,导致评定结果主观性强、准确性差的问题,根据曲线小波分解后的光顺信息和细节信息定义曲线的细节比,由细节比的性质对曲线品质进行标定,根据细节比的数值划分曲线品质等级,由此提出一种定量评定车身曲线品质的方法,工程实例表明,所提出的方法可实现车身曲线品质的定量、准确、高效评定。

The quality of automobile body curves and surfaces is mainly assessed by manual labor,which is difficult to quantify and has strong subjectivity and inaccuracy,the curve quality is calibrated by the nature of the detail ratio according to the fairness information and detail ratio defined by detail information of the curve after wavelet decomposition,and the curve quality grade is divided according to the values of detail ratio.A quantitative evaluation method of body curves quality is proposed.An engineering case shows that the proposed method can achieve an accurate and efficient quantitative evaluation.
