严重的四肢软组损伤评估与救治中,有以下几个重要问题值得商榷:有没有比较全面的软组织伤分型;这种分型对于临床伤情评估、治疗决策有多大价值?对于濒临截肢的严重四肢软组织伤,如何评估和处置?对于严重四肢软组织伤应如何把握保肢与截肢,靠某种评分,还是靠经验;对于特殊类型的四肢软组织伤,如何评估与救治等。
In the evaluation and treatment of severe soft limb injury,the following important questions are worth discussion:is there a comprehensive classification of soft tissue injury?How valuable is this classification for clinical injury assessment and treatment decisions?How to evaluate and manage serious soft tissue injury of extremities on the verge of amputation?How to grasp limb salvage or amputation of severe soft tissue injury,to depend on a certain score or experience?For special types of soft tissue injury of limbs,how to evaluate and treat?
