皮肤牵张术的应用现状与研究进展

Application status and research progress of skin stretching

皮肤牵张术是目前临床上针对大面积皮肤缺损进行快速创面关闭的一种技术。由于其操作简单,无需显微外科技术,并且可避免传统游离植皮、带蒂或游离皮瓣转移等手段所带来的弊端,近年来在临床上得到了快速的推广应用。本文综述了皮肤牵张术的概念、发展演变、生物学基础、皮肤牵张装置器械以及临床应用适应证与禁忌证,并就皮肤牵张术的未来研究方向作一展望。

Skin stretching is a technique for rapid wound closure of large skin defects.The skin stretching technique is simple-operated,requires no microsurgical technique,and can avoid the disadvantages of traditional methods such as free skin graft,pedicle or free flap transfer.In recent years,it has been rapidly promoted and applied in clinical practice.This paper reviews the concept,development,biological basis,clinical indications and contraindications of skin stretching,and points out the future research direction of skin stretching.
