摘要
遗传图谱的构建是检测QTLs和克隆基因的基础,可为作物的遗传改良提供重要信息。总结基于一代、二代和三代分子标记技术,构建苦瓜遗传图谱的研究现状,并进行比较分析,为研究苦瓜基因组的结构和进化、重要农艺性状基因定位和分子标记辅助选择育种提供技术支持。
The construction of genetic map is the basis of QTLs detection and gene cloning,which could provide important information for crop genetic improvement.In this paper,the research status of genetic mapping of bitter gourd based on the first,second and third generation molecular marker technology was summarized and compared,in order to provide technical support for studying genome structure and evolution,gene mapping of important agronomic traits and molecular marker assisted selection breeding in bitter gourd.
