摘要
以贫困地区安徽省宿州市百个乡镇千余名青年公务员为调查样本,依据斯隆和库柏等OSI模型设计焦虑调查问卷。采用SPSS 17.0对问卷数据进行统计分析,94.9%的贫困地区乡镇青年公务员对源起工作、制度和生活等压力产生程度不同的焦虑。基于凯利和琼斯等社会焦虑归因理论的学理分析认为:焦虑源于内在的个人思想因素和外在组织制度、组织体制和组织环境因素。从组织视阈下纾解青年公务员焦虑困境,亟待创新建立"选准、培优、管好、用活"的支持机制,既是实现乡村一线培养锻炼青年公务员的长远目标,也是纾解青年公务员工作生活思想等方面焦虑困境的有效策略。
Based on OSI models such as Sloan and Cooper,more than 1000 young civil servants from hundreds of townships in the poor area were used as a sample to design anxiety questionnaires. Using SPSS 17.0 to measure and analyze the questionnaire data,94.9 % of young township civil servants in poor areas have different degrees of anxiety due to pressure such as the idea of starting work life. The theoretical analysis of attribution theories such as Kelley and Jones believes. Anxiety originates from the internal individual thought factor and external organization system,organization system and organization environment factor. To solve the anxiety dilemma of young civil servants from the perspective of organization,we need to create new support mechanisms for "selecting and cultivating selected young civil servants,training them,managing them well and using them".which is the long-term goal for training and training young civil servants on the rural front. It is also an effective strategy to relieve the anxiety dilemma in the work and life thoughts of young civil servants.
