来华留学生生涯规划问题探究

A Probe into the Problems in the Career Planning of Overseas Students in China

留学生教育是高校“双一流”建设的重要组成部分,一所世界一流大学应该是世界各民族优秀文化的沟通桥梁,以蓬勃发展的留学生教育吸引更多优秀人才接受留学教育,从而提高中外学生双方的知识和文化视野。本文提出留学生生涯规划问题以补齐留学生教育中的短板,扩大留学生接触社会的平台,培养留学生对中国的认同感和归属意识,推动留学生教育健康长远发展。

Overseas student education is an important part of the construction of"double first-class"in universities.A world-class university should be a bridge of communication between the excellent cultures of all nationalities in the world.With the vigorous development of overseas student education,more excellent talents will be attracted to receive overseas education,thus improving the knowledge and cultural vision of both Chinese and overseas students.This paper proposes that the career planning of overseas students should make up for the shortcomings in their education,cultivate their sense of identity and belonging to China,and promote the healthy and long-term development of their education.
