《平“语”近人——习近平总书记用典》中说道:“天下之治在人才。”习近平总书记用古文“宰相起于州部,猛士起于卒伍”对培养人才提出了新要求。人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源,而加快建设人才强国的关键在于教育。语文作为所有学科的基础,对于人才培养有导向作用。作为新时代初中语文教学工作者,我们必须深刻解读社会对人才的需要,从人才培养的角度落实语文教学。基于此,本文主要从人才培养与初中语文研究性阅读的关系出发,探讨如何以初中语文研究性阅读教学为路径促进人才养成。
