This paper mainly analyses the advantages of the psychological committee system in colleges and universities and the problems existing in the professional development of the psychological committee team in the new era of the development of mental health education,and explores the path of the professional development of the psychological committee team from three aspects:the stability of the team,the timeliness of training and the refinement of management.
