论万士英的方志思想——以万历《铜仁府志》为例

Discussion on Wan Shiying’s Thought of Local Records:Taking the Wanli Period’ "Tongren Records" as an Example

明万历《铜仁府志》是当地传世较早的一部志书,书中共十二卷,经论证为万士英编纂。文章分别从以下三个方面论述其方志思想:(1)史地并重,人事与地理相经纬;(2)灵活多变,不拘泥成法;(3)经世致用,突显教化功能。

The"Tongren Records"of the Wanli period in the Ming Dynasty is an earlier book handed down by the local people.The book has a total of twelve volumes and was proved to be compiled by Wan Shiying.The article discusses Wan Shiying's thought on local records the following three aspects:first,paying equal attention to history and local situations,and combining human affairs and geography;second,recording flexibly and changeably,not rigidly adhering to conventions;third,highlighting practicality and educational functions.
