摘要
以番茄品种"欧盾"为试验材料,采用了蔬菜秸秆4种堆肥方式,研究了蔬菜秸秆堆肥后还田对番茄生长、产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同蔬菜秸秆堆肥处理方式对番茄生长指标、品质指标及产量影响不同,V(纯蔬菜秸秆)处理的番茄株高、茎粗、叶片数显著高于CK(对照),较CK分别增加了74.64%、27.36%、45.00%,叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量与CK也达到了显著差异,分别增加了32.81%、56.74%、92.21%、111.25%,提高产量23.35%,显著增加维生素C、可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、可溶性固形物含量,硝酸盐和可滴定酸含量均显著低于CK。说明蔬菜秸秆堆肥化循环利用具有可行性,且纯蔬菜秸秆作为有机肥种植番茄,对番茄生长发育具有促生作用,可改善品质,提高产量。
The tomato variety(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)was used as the experimental material.Four kinds of composting methods of vegetable straw were used to study the effects of vegetable straw composting on the growth,yield and fruit quality of tomato.The results showed that the composting treatments of different vegetable straws had different effects on growth index,quality index and yield of tomato.The plant height,stem diameter and number of leaves of V(pure vegetable straw)were significantly higher than that of CK(control),which was higher than that of CK.74.64%,27.36%,45.00%,chlorophyll,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid content and CK also reached significant differences,respectively increased by32.81%,56.74%,92.21%,111.25%,increased yield 23.35%,Significantly increased vitamin C,soluble protein,soluble total sugar,viable solids content,nitrate and titratable acid content were significantly lower than CK.The feasibility of composting and recycling of vegetable straw is illustrated,and pure vegetable straw is used as organic fertilizer to grow tomato,which has a promoting effect on tomato growth and development,which can improve quality and increase yield.
