宁夏盐池县水资源利用现状、面临的挑战与对策分析

Current Status, Challenges and Countermeasures of Water Resources Utilization in Yanchi County, Ningxia

利用历史气象资料,通过对盐池县历年降水量和降水趋势进行分析,明确了盐池县年降水量变化规律和多年平均降水的年内分配,解析了盐池县地表水资源特征与用水量指标间的矛盾,提出了当前盐池县水资源利用面临的挑战,并针对当前问题提出了发展节水灌溉技术、调整产业结构和优化水资源配置的对策,为盐池县农业转型发展和水资源综合管理提供科学依据。

Based on historical meteorological data,the annual precipitation and precipitation trends of Yanchi County were analyzed,and the annual precipitation variation law and the annual distribution of annual precipitation were clarified.The contradiction between surface water resources characteristics and water consumption indicators in Yanchi County is analyzed,the contradiction between water supply and demand is becoming more and more serious,which has become a key factor restricting the economic and social sustainable development and ecological environment stability of Yanchi County.The current challenges in the utilization of water resources in Yanchi County are put forward,and put forward countermeasures for developing water-saving irrigation technology,adjusting industrial structure and optimizing water resources allocation for current problems,which provides a scientific basis for agricultural transformation and comprehensive management of water resources in Yanchi County.
