提升中卫市农民教育培训效果的对策

Countermeasures of Improving the Effects of Farmer’s Education and Training

对近年来中卫市农民教育培训情况进行调研,分析了中卫市农民教育培训现状及存在的问题,提出了加强农民学历素质提升、优化培训机构师资队伍建设、创新农民培训模式、完善农民教育培训体系、加强农民培训资金保障、加强农民培训示范宣传,以及强化农民培训认定评估管理等相关对策。

In this paper,the situations and existing problems of farmers’education and training were investigated and analyzed in Zhongwei City.The countermeasures were developed,including improving farmers’educational qualifications,strengthening training institutions and the construction of teaching staff,innovating the training patterns,enhancing the education and training system,intensifying the fund guarantee of the training,stepping up the publicity efforts and reinforcing the identification,evaluation and management of the training and etc..
