摘要
集团化办学是职业教育可持续发展的一大趋势,在运行过程中存在企业参与度不高、产教融合不够深入等问题。通过以潍坊职业学院牵头成立的潍坊市机电设备职业教育集团为例,为充分发挥行业企业办学的主体作用,从创建“双主体”合作机制、搭建合作育人平台、校企深度融合的探索等方面进行校企深度合作的实践与探索,在学校综合实力、师资队伍建设、人才培养等方面取得了良好的校企协同育人效果。
Group education is a major trend in the sustainable development of vocational education.In the course of operation,there are problems such as the low degree of participation of enterprises and the lack of in-depth integration of production and education.Taking Weifang Vocational College as an example,the Weifang Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Vocational Education Group is established to give full play to the main role of enterprises in the industry.The practice and exploration of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises include the creation of a"dual principal"cooperation mechanism,the establishment of a cooperative education platform,and the exploration of the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises.In the comprehensive strength of the school,the construction of teachers,personnel training and other aspects have achieved a good school enterprise coordination and education results.
