基于有限元法的钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振性能分析及优化 被引量:4

摘要 在不影响减振效果的前提下减少浮置板钢弹簧的使用量,以降低浮置板轨道建设成本,根据实际工程施工图纸,构建钢弹簧浮置板轨道的有限元模型,对钢弹簧浮置板轨道在不同弹簧刚度、布置方式及载荷下浮置板轨道的模态频率和竖向位移进行了分析;同时以南方某市实际运行地铁轨道为优化目标,优化钢弹簧的使用数量、布置及钢弹簧参数,并通过数值仿真进行验证。结果表明:选择弹簧刚度8.5 kN/mm可将25 m浮置板轨道钢弹簧使用量降低至32个,固有频率小于10 Hz,可以获得较好的减振效果。 Without influencing the damping effect of floating slab track, the usage amount of the steel spring is decreased to reduce the construction cost of floating slab track. The finite element model of steel spring is constructed according to the practical engineering construction drawings, and the modal frequency and vertical displacement of steel spring floating slab track under different spring stiffness,arrangement mode and loads are analyzed.Simultaneously,an actual operation subway track in the city of southern China is chosen as the optimization target, the number of steel spring used, arrangement and parameters of steel spring is calculated, and the optimization results are verified by numerical simulation. The result indicates that the usage number of steel springs for a 25 m floating slab track can be reduced to 32, and the steel spring stiffness is 8.5 kN/mm, the natural frequency of the whole system is less than 10 Hz, which can obtained better shock absorption effect.
