摘要 目的:对比氧驱雾化与超声雾化盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法:选择78例小儿支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组给予超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予氧驱雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿体征改善时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗后肺部痰鸣音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿治疗过程中不良事件总发生率为28.21%,显著高于观察组的7.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧驱雾化盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果好于超声雾化吸入。 Objective: To compare effects of oxygen-driven atomization and ultrasonic atomization of Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Budesonide suspension in treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. Methods: 78 children with bronchopneumonia were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(n=39) and observation group(n=39) according to the random number table method. The control group was given ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy, while the observation group was given oxygen-driven atomization inhalation therapy. The signs improvement time, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the sputum sounds disappearance time, the cough remission time, and the body temperature recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than 74.36% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group during the treatment was 28.21%, which was significantly higher than the observation group of 7.69%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Oxygen-driven atomization and ultrasonic atomization of Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Budesonide suspension in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in the children is superior to ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy.
